I did not provide any update for a few weeks now as I was fighting a plateau. Plateaus in fitness are not stationary but sometimes appear as reversals. They are not good for the mind. I would wonder if all is for naught. Is it all going to return with a vengeance?
Thanks be to God, and a good support system, I kept pressing on. And it looks like this plateau phase has been faught.
I have reached a decent milestone of an overall loss of 15 kg. Eating decently is the desire. And I am doing that well. The weight loss is the collateral advantage.
