It is easy to give up. A plateau makes things very hard. For nearly three weeks my weight seemed to just mildly fluctuate. Well it wasn’t working in isolation. My food habits, exercise and overall routines all took a hit. The weight was just keeping score.
But when your habits are not good, you are just forming bad habits. It is not simply the lack of good habits. I had to understand that and fight back. I have been trying. And finally I have begun to win again. I hope to win much ground by the end of the month.
