I am happy with the commitment and changes in the last one week. The widest part of my stomach has reduced from 54 inches to 52 7/8 inches.
No fad diets. Just portion control. I am watching my water intake. Earlier I just ate and never drank enough water.

I just touched 108. I expect the normal fluctuation. But this is a milestone to celebrate.

My abdomen circumference has come down to about 50 inches! While that may sound crazy high to many of you. I have lost over 4 inches of circumference!

I have begun lifting weights and body weight exercises.I go on slow walks once a week. I am trying to sumplement my decent eating habits with exercise. At my current size, exercise is hard. But I am pressing on.

I did touch 100.8 yesterday. Fluctuations are normal. But at least I am moving down. I hope to touch 99.X by the end of the month.

The next trial will be to add exercising and sticking with it. Currently I am doing nothing. When I began I tried walking – but there was just too many things on my plate – most of it was me being lazy. Being fat is just the necessary ingredient to be lazy. I have to fight laziness.

Reasons:
Food is very rich. I need a certain amount for satiety. Until I am back home eating a healthy meal, this will be a struggle. As of now – skipping a meal, a small workout is what is keeping me on this plateau instead of a full u-turn.

I did not have a scale since we moved continents. But I just got one yesterday and I was surprised by the result of a different diet and lifestyle. This is good.
I am glad the results have been in my favor and not against me.
