In 2020, I began a journey with Bethlehem College & Seminary. The seminary accepted me into its Master of Divinity program (M.Div.), provided I completed two semesters of Beginning Greek and thus met the program’s requirement. In 2021, I qualified. The DSouza crew bid farewell to our family, friends, and church and journeyed to Minneapolis, MN, USA.
Thus, we embarked on a four-year chapter in our family’s life. During our time here, we became members of Bethlehem Baptist Church. While I pursued the M.Div. degree, Lauren homeschooled the girls.
Four years later, I have graduated! On May 16, amid some pomp and circumstance, the school conducted the commencement ceremonies.
Now that we have, by God’s grace, accomplished what we set out to do, we return home to rejoin family, old friends, and our old church. We carry suitcases full of memories made with new friends and a new church. We are blessed and grateful.
